I have been asked to update my list of needs. It’s increasingly difficult to answer the question “What do you need?”. Not necessarily because I have no needs, (though my incredible community has really come together for me and I have more than the basics covered), I do find myself wishing I had this, that, or the other thing once in a while, and I as I do I’ve been adding them to an appropriate wish-list on Amazon. Not to mention there are just things a person acquires and becomes accostomed to that it takes time to rebuy!
I have every intention of repurchasing items as I have the funds, however, if you’ve asked me the question “what do you still need?” and have been directed here, know that this is my list and it is in no way expected that you choose from these items, but any help is appreciated!

For those that are unaware, my house burned down on March 1st. I lost everything. No-one was hurt, and the rest is just stuff.
***UPDATE***
The last few days have been overwhelming in ways I’m still trying to process. The amount of kindness, messages, help, and support I’ve received from this community has honestly left me speechless. Thank you. Truly.
I also want to say a special thank you to my sister, who has stepped in and helped me navigate so much of this while my brain has been in a fog. I could not have gotten through these first days without her.
If I’ve been quiet, please know it’s not because I’m ungrateful. I’m just trying to breathe, regroup, and start figuring out how to rebuild my life one step at a time.
For those who have been asking what I still need, I want to reassure everyone that many of the essentials have already been taken care of. Right now I do have:
• A place to live
• A bed
• A TV
• A couch
• Clothing
• Some kitchen items
• Food, supplies, and extras for Ruger, my pup
I did update my Amazon wishlist with a few more specific items that would help as I continue getting settled. If anyone feels inclined to look at that, you’re welcome to, but please know there is absolutely no obligation.
More than anything, the messages, prayers, and encouragement have meant the world to me. I’m incredibly grateful to live in a community that shows up for people the way all of you have for me.
