It’s time for a serious change, and I’m thrilled to share it with you. For a while now, I’ve been dancing around the idea of “niching down,” but the time has come to clearly define what Level Up Saho is all about. In my latest YouTube video, I introduce this exciting new direction, and I want to dive deeper into it here on the blog.

What Does NG+ Mean?

If you’re a gamer, you might be familiar with the term “NG+” or “New Game Plus.” It refers to starting a game over but with the experience and advantages you’ve gained from previous playthroughs. It’s a fresh start with a leg up – and that’s precisely what we’re doing here on Level Up Saho. We’re hitting the reset button, but we’re taking all our hard-earned wisdom and experience with us.

Defining Our Journey

I want this channel to be a beacon for anyone who feels like they can’t achieve their dreams. I know my peers – women in their late 30s and beyond, who are low-income, discouraged, and yearning for a better life. We deserve health, wealth, and happiness, and I believe we can achieve it together.

In the latest video, I share my personal definitions of these three pillars. Here’s a quick overview:

• Health: It’s more than just physical well-being. It’s mental and emotional health too. It’s about feeling good in our bodies and minds, and nurturing ourselves with kindness and care.
• Wealth: This isn’t just about money. It’s about creating a stable, secure life where we don’t have to worry about the next bill. It’s about finding ways to be financially independent and building a future we can be proud of.
• Happiness: True happiness comes from within. It’s about finding joy in the little things, fostering meaningful connections, and living a life aligned with our values and passions.
