Generally I watch some random, older movie before I fly off to dream land. I’ve been considering doing a review of them as I go along.
The determining factor is going to be what the DirectTV line-up is, and what kind of mood I am in.
Last night’s movie:
The Skeleton Key, on Oxygen.
I’ve seen this movie before, so I’m not sure if I’m cheating or not, but, really, how can I cheat at my own game?
I love this movie. It’s set in modern-day Louisiana, where our heroine, Kate Hudson (who is the totally chic-hot daughter of Goldie Hawn), is a hospice nurse for a couple with a taste for voodoo.
So, I love Kate Hudson because she’s so damned cute, and I’m always intriqued by the supernatural of any kind. I found the movie to be quite thrilling, even on the second time through. I’d watch it again, even. This, however will put an end to what I have to say, for fear of giving too much away. I anticipate these reviews to get a bit juicier as I get better at doing reviews.
You can watch the trailer here.
All-in-all, I give this movie a rating of 4 out of 5 bobby pins!
